What Carry App Is

Carry App is a marketplace platform that connects people who need items from another country with travelers who can carry them. We are not a shipping company, logistics provider, or customs broker.

Platform Fee

A platform fee of 15 QAR is charged per connection. This fee is paid by the requester before contact details are exchanged. Payment between requester and traveler for items and carrying service is handled directly between the parties.

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable customs and import/export laws
• You must not request or carry items listed on our Acceptable Items Policy banned list
• Travelers must photograph items before packing for verification
• You must provide accurate information in your profile and listings

Liability

Carry App is not liable for the quality, condition, or legality of items carried. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or customs issues arising from transactions between users. All transactions are conducted at the users' own risk.

Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including carrying banned items or fraudulent behavior.

Disputes

Any disputes between users should be resolved directly between the parties. Carry App may assist in mediation but is not obligated to do so.
